- Make sure you understand the flag fall charges associated with your plan, some service providers are charging a ridiculously high 42 cents flag fall for all National calls and Calls to Mobiles;
- Make sure the rates are competitive, and just as importantly that they are billed in per second increments – what’s the difference between per second billing and 30 second increments? 30 second increments equals about 10% more on your bills tolling;
- Make sure that the lines you are connecting will serve your business. Ensure that you are not paying for lines you don’t use, or more importantly not enough lines so your customers get the engaged tone.
